One of my cats keeps licking her bottom, why is she doing this.

Because you won't do it? Haha - isn't that to stimulate her to go poopsies? 

My guy is going for the 3rd day now with no poop, I wish he'd lick his butt and get the turd 'o plenty moving downstream.

  What I meant to say was   I have noticed one of my cats is licking her bottom quite a lot could there be a problem down there.

Take a look - see if her anus in inflamed, or a poop 1/2 hanging out. 

There are butt experts here - I'm sure they'll chime in.
