So I have a cat named Bishop, he is my avatar picture. He is seven months old, and he is my baby. I feed him simply nourish kitten cat food, it is chicken and rice. He does not eat wet food, but I am wondering how much I should feed him. I will put some pics so you might can get an idea of his size, thanks.

Generally you want to feed kittens as much as they'll eat since they're developing. Quality of the food being fed will also have an impact on how much they eat, as lower quality results in less satiation due to less of it being processed. For example, cats don't need vegetables. They're obligate carnivores and need a lot of protein to thrive. So, looking at the ingredients list for the food you're feeding, there are ingredients that are not necessary and arguably unhealthy (colored red):
Chicken, Chicken Meal, Rice Flour, Canola Oil (preserved with mixed tocopherols), Natural Flavor, Tomato Pomace, Oatmeal, Dried Chicory Root, Flaxseed, Dried Cranberries, Dried Carrots, Dried Sweet Potatoes, Vitamins (Vitamin E Supplement, Niacin, L-ascorbyl-polyphosphate, Vitamin A Supplement, D-Calcium Pantothenate, Thiamin Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Pyridoxine Hydrochloride, Vitamin D Supplement, Folic Acid, Biotin, Vitamin B12 Supplement), Minerals (Zinc Sulfate, Ferric Sulfate, Copper Sulfate, Manganese Sulfate, Calcium Iodate, Sodium Selenite), Choline Chloride, Potassium Chloride, Taurine
And I feel like Taurine should really be higher on the list. Anyway, if you're going feed dry (or wet, for that matter), grain-free is best. Dry food is also dehydrating for cats, who already have very low thirst. So it's also important to ensure they're getting enough water when you're feeding dry. Long-term effects of chronic dehydration include (but are certainly not limited to) crystals in the urine which are more severe in male cats for anatomical reasons.

I realize I went far beyond answering your questions, but you can save your cat a lot of health problems and yourself a lot of money in the long run by feeding a healthy and balanced diet.
