Week old kitten with one eye..???

Hi I need some help my gorgeous little girl had 6 kitten a week ago today. After not wanting to touch them the first few days when I did eventually pick them up I noticed that the one little girl that was delivered first has an eye problem. She looks normal but she has one eye that is normal and starting to open up and the other eye looks to be only the size of a grain of sand.. it is very tiny compared to the other side. There is no sign of infection or crusty stuff and she is so beautiful and healthy just not sure why and long term is she going to be ok? Please help this is my first experience with kittens of such a young age.

Unfortunately I'm unable to post a picture. All you can see on the kitten is a little black dot almost as if it is her eye but it is so tiny it's so hard to tell. The rest of them are perfect, she is acting the same as the rest and she is the biggest of them all. Could it be something serious or may it be the same as the other eye later on?
