Feline Food survey

I am a 3rd year student at the University of Plymouth and am undertaking a research project on the nutritional quality of cat foods.

Completed.  Just a tip though, there's some redundancy in question 6.   

Also, the survey would be more useful (i.e. reliable/verifiable) if you were to allow multiple selections in a question.  Rather than a 'this' OR 'that' answer, a this AND that answer would seemingly be more useful. 

Unless of course, this is just an exercise and you're trying to prove your own hypothesis by keeping the selections simple for your thesis/report etc. 

Reads like a marketing survey, rather than a nutritional survey......
