Hi to all

Just to say hullo and what a great site. Having bit of trouble typing as I am being helped by ZARA our female ragdoll. A small cat but thinks she is 6ft tall and ready to complain at the drop of a hat. Her brother ZORO is a lot bigger and his two main interests are food and sleeping in that order.

They have their mum and dad (Denise and I) to look after them and looking after us all is ZENA our German Shepherd who loves cats.

We all live on a twenty acre small holding just out of Auckland and run a few beef cattle which ZENA really dislikes but the cattle totally ignore her.  

I built Denise a cat house and she fosters mums and kittens for Julie's Animal Refuge north of Auckland New Zealand. The refuge has found homes for over 2000 cats.

I will post some pictures when I get time. We have a mum and the 3 wild kittens she adopted and fed at the moment and lots of work to do on farm.

Hey, welcome to the site!     It sounds like you have a great home full of fur family and can't wait to see some photos of the crew!  Denise sounds like a very special cat indeed and it will be really interesting to hear about her and her fostering.  Zara and Zoro sound like great characters, like they should be in a move or something with their little purrsonalities shining through already.  Looking forward to seeing more of your posts.

It gets a bit hectic at times here when everyone is expressing their personalities. I forgot to mention we have two birds as well, a ring neck parrot (Kismet) a great talker and a cockatiel
