i love cats

cats are amazing. they are very smart, and not anoying like dogs, which like to beg... i love cats!!

I also love dogs. but I'd rather own a cat, than a dog!

Cats are definitely more likable and certainly my preference. They are a lot easier to clean up after too and they don't demand constant attention.

I have owned dogs my entire childhood and now have two cats and I have to disagree with this

Neither of my dogs ever had accidents in the house, rarely threw up, and left things in the house alone. With my cats, I am constantly cleaning a poopy litterbox (with litter and sometimes poop tracked all over the outside), coming home to a house that looks like it's been hit with an indoor tornado because they feel the need to touch everything, and cleaning Kaylee's vomit, which is conveniently ALWAYS on the carpet, once a week if I'm lucky

Still love them though

Two paws up for cats, I love almost everything about them (you're right, Wolfie, when a cat starts hacking they RUN to the carpet!). I do like dogs, and have had some wonderful canine companions. But I don't miss the dirty foot tracks and the wet dog smell! And the bathing and clean-up, ugh!
