I have a cat that is 13 years old and a while ago she started sneezing on a daily basis and coughing daily. This has been going on for a few months. Should I be concerned and could something be seriously wrong with her?

Yes it should be of concern, she could have a respiratory infection or could have heart problems or something like that. I would recommend a vet visit.
I have to second that, she may have a uri (upper respiratory infection) or possibly her heart.

With her age, I'd get her to the vet. As others have posted it could be her heart or an URI, but it could be something like airborne allergies as well.
