My friend found a kitten near his house and I adopted him. When we got him,  I notice a bump underneath the skin, on the back part of his front legs, if I was talking to you about a human I will say by the elbows. The bump sort of felt hard like a small wart and under the skin. When we took him to the vet,  she didn't say anything about and it sort of slip my mind.

As time when on, it became a little bigger and one day, after seeing him scratching a lot,  I notice that one of his paws was bigger than the other one. When I look at it, it looks like his digital finger was infected but when I touched it, it has the same texture as what I had found in his front paws, sort of rough, just like a wart would feel.

When we took him to the vet, he had the one on the back of his front leg, one on his paw and the vet also notice a small one near his forehead. The vet didn't know what it was exactly. He was given a high dose of antibiotic thinking it could  been an underneath skin infection that maybe he was born with it and also his second dose of revolution. Apparently it worked for sometime because the paw went back to normal size after a few days, and the one on the back of his front legs sort of shrunk as well.

Today I notice he was scratching his paw again, a different one, but when I looked closely he has the same thing as before, just another paw, and the roughness on the back of his front legs is also there again. I am taking him to the vet, but I thought maybe someone might have seen this before or might have some sort of information. I will post  3 photos so you can see. He is acting normal and playful as ever, it seems like it doesn't bother him at all.

Thank you in advance for your help and any information will be greatly appreciated.

I don't know what this could be, but it seems it is making your cat a little uncomfortable. If your vet doesn't know what it is and doesn't know how to treat it, you may want to get another opinion.

Thank you and I will. He does scratch himself a little more often that the norm I think, but other than that he seems well. He lets me touch his paws with no problem, he plays all day and he is very energetic... but then again he is a kitten
