I have a kitty that I rescued a month ago BEFORE you all start yelling at me she was rescued out of a known dogbait dog fighting area she is just a baby...I left her in the care of my aunt who let her out of the house and she climbed a tree needless to say after 6 hours of phone calls the cat was saved and is now living with me...SO she has been ok and getting along fine until an hour ago she threw up it was yellow liquid but she ran and hid right after....I have now moved her onto a blanket but she growls and make whining noises when i go to pet her....should I leave her alone should i worry I am convinced she is dying :(  I put out food for the other cats her favorite thing in the world and she wont even look at it

She is an adorable baby! And good for you for rescuing her! You're both really lucky :)
So she hadn't had any issues that you noticed before this? Could she maybe have gotten into something like chemicals or something from the garbage? If her tummy is upset, she most likely won't be interested in food. Do you know when the last time she ate was?
If she were mine, I would take her to a vet as soon as I could. Just to be safe...it could be that she just ate something bad, doesn't feel good, and it'll pass. But there might be something wrong and you should find out.
Hope she gets better really soon. Keep us updated please.

She is beautiful. Why would we yell at you for rescuing this girl and giving her a chance.

I ditto the advice given above. If this continues, I would not wait too long before taking her to the vet.

Is the kitty an indoor-only kitty or does she go outdoors? That would make a difference to potential things that she might have eaten that are not agreeing with her.

She's totally adorable and a huge well done for rescuing her! I hope she's feeling a lot better today, if not I would get her checked out by a vet. Let us know how she gets on!

Something is definitely amiss, I would get her checked out by a vet.  Vomiting in cats can indicate a lot of different problems.
