My cat is slowly dying and no one can make heads or tales of what is causing it, the cat has been inside for the longest time and just randomly started dying, I noticed it was happening when I found her laying by the heater/register thing I knew something was up

Right now this is what my cats mouth area is doing

First off this cat is EXTREMELY anemic!

Are you going to take the poor thing to a vet? Like asap?

Is there blood on the towel or no? If so, where is it coming from?

Why do you say she is dying? Cats will hide when they are in alot of pain for many reasons.

Gosh, she might have a blockage or some other very treatable condition.

Can you please get her in to the vet right away? She is obviously suffering.

If she is infact dying, why allow her to suffer a slow and painful death? Have her put to sleep, she deserves at least that, if nothing else.

Friends/family won't recognize something that a vet will, and she may very well be able to be treated.

We took her to the vet yesterday and the vet told us that there was no need to put here down, and she put allot of fluids in her
Theres no bloo, towl is just discolored
Vets won't do anything without money especially at this time of night, and these people act like they care about animals it's sickening

Yes!

The black spots are basically like freckles are to humans.

They are technically called lentigo simplex.

VERY common in orange/red cats. Even more-so as they get older.

They are not sore or itchy or bothersome, just as freckles are not. Harmless pigmentations basically.

However, that said, if you ever notice any of them rasing up, becoming red or look irritated, it's time for a vet to check them out to make sure they are not early cancer.

Not very likely this will ever happen though.

So she was seen by a vet? What all did they say and do?

I can see she is anemic, from her very pale gums.

Did the vet run any blood tests?  Your kitty is extremely pale.  She is probably open mouth breathing because she either has a fever or is in pain.  If your vet didn't run any tests please go to a different one who will.  your kitty is very very sick.

That's what I'm wondering...you took her to the Vet and they "put lots of fluid in her", so obviously she was dehydrated.  But what else did they say about her?  Surely they gave you a hint as to what they thought was wrong?  Did they give you anything to give her?  Prescriptions of any kind, or even just write out a prescription for you to fill elsewhere?  Getting rehydrated will probably make her feel a little perkier, but won't necessarily fix her up permanently, if there is an underlying issue (like anemia)  Are you just waiting for the results of a blood test, or what?

So I would like to ask you a bit about your cat.

First off I want to say this, by no means will anyone here judge you for not having the money for vet care, or lack of, most of us here are not loaded with plenty of money, noe do we own a money tree in our backyards, but we do want to help you with your cat and what may be the cause of her anemia.

There are places that might help you financially with getting her the care she needs to get well.

In the pics, she has an unclean look to her. Does she get flea treatments? I know you said she is indoors, does she go outside at all? When she has been laying anywhere, do you see tiny specks that look like pepper?

Does her poop look normal? What food does she eat daily?

Has she ever had any vaccinations or deworming, or other medical care? Is she spayed?

How old is she, do you know?

In my opinion, even though she is extremely anemic, my guess at this point is her anemia is caused by fleas, parasites, or both.

It can also be kidney failure and other issues, but most likely reason is a heavy infestation of fleas and/or parasites.

These are both easy treatments, but her anemia is pretty advanced, which can actually threaten her life.

If you can answer the questions we can go from there. We may be able to guide you for vet care payment help too. There is help out there!

There is no reason you should lose your cat or she should continue to suffer if due to a simple problem like flea anemia or parasitic anemia. But untreated, she may very slowly die eventually, after suffering a long time.
