I'm Shelby, cat lover from Nebraska. I work for a diabetic alert dog company that only uses rescue dogs. I have a soft spot for rescue animals!
My fiancee and I have 3 cats, our first is a 13 year old handsome fellow that we found in a shelter in Denver... he was clearly a fighter at some point, major fringe on his ears! Now he's a total lover! His name is Calvin.
Our next one we got at 8 weeks, beautiful black kitten, she has a urinary thing where she has to be on wet food only! Her name is Apex
And our last kitty we got when she was 9 weeks, she was a stray who had a broken leg. A woman was able to coax her into a kennel and took her to a shelter. They had to amputate her leg because it had been broken for too long. We love our little 3 legger! She's an absolute doll! Her name is Hobbes!
