Do you have photic sneeze reflex?

Photic sneeze reflex.

Feeling a bit miserable at the moment. I'm at this weird stage between a clear nose and a runny/blocked nose. It's sunny out, so occasionally my nose will itch, but not enough to actually sneeze, so I go to the window, look up at the sun and sneeze.

Since I'm currently alone, I don't even bother to be polite. Jed's hiding from me right now because he's easily spooked.

I have never heard of this. So now the next time I feel a sneeze about to retreat, if it's sunny, I'm going to have to try it!

I sneeze when I look at the sun a lot, it's annoying and on occasion relieving.

I always thought it worked for everyone! Like Cheylink, I was told to look at bright light if I couldn't sneeze when I was a kid. Works for me every time. Really surprised that they think such a small percentage of folks are affected.
