I could feel my Christmas pudding bum wobble as I ran today.
:lol3::lol3::lol3::lol3:

Well done!

I hurt my back just a little shoveling the other day so took a few days off. It's monsoon-like outside plus fog. I did about 30 minutes on the exercise bike earlier. Time to dive back in. :)

I'm sorry about your back, Karen, and I hope it's doing better.

3 miles on the elliptical this morning.

2.25 miles on the treadmill tonight (doing laundry, so I figured I might as well make it worthwhile, esp since Rick took me to lunch today)

Thanks, Pam! it's getting a little better each day. :)

The wind is a bit brutal out there so I think it will be another exercise bike day.

Marched in place 15 min and did 20 pushups on my knees, 75 crunches, and 50 squats. Will be lugging heavy amplifiers for a friend all week since he can't lift more than 10 lbs for a while.

Missed you guys!

Used my exercise bike for 35 minutes, and my second session this week.

Hope you're backs better AbbysMom. You guys are having some mean weather again. I missed you too Peaches. I knew you would be back though. You go girl!!

Winchester and Pat you rock!!

I'm on holidays at the beach. It was sunny today and gorgeous out of the wind. I ran 28 mins. Running into the wind was tough and I wanted to quit so badly but I didn't.

Don't give up people!! Just keep warm :)

Sunny and running on the beach? :lol3: Yeah, I could go running on the beach right now, but I'm willing to bet even the sand is frozen. :lol3:

I'm going to wait a bit to see if it warms up and if it does, I'll try to walk. If not, I'll do the bike. Aaron took my neck gaiter, so I need to see if I can find another one.

I hope you get out there Karen. I'm going to google neck gaiter? I'm stiff and a bit achey in spots today. I did half an hour of yoga. That will be it for me.
Ok. I know what a neck gaiter is now.

30 mins of yoga for me today. I live 45 mins drive from the coast but it's not sunny Queensland. We are however getting some lovely weather now. I would share it with you guys if I could. Truly I would!!
Keep moving and keep warm. Winter makes it harder to stay motivated but you can do it!! You can :)

I've not been doing any classic exercises, but a friend that had a rough time after some procedures he had recently, he needs my help lifting heavy amplifiers that he works on (he isn't to lift more than 10 lbs and some amps weigh up to 45 lbs). I'm tired at night even if I'm not sweating.

Any movement is better than none, right? :).

I have a few pictures for you, tammat tammat . ;)

Here I am getting ready to walk my 4 miles yesterday.

I walked by one of the local town beaches. Yes, it is completely frozen. :lol3:

This is what it looked like outside my window this morning:

Of course, if I were on the beach with you, I would probably be complaining it was too hot. :lol3: Looks like I will be on the exercise bike today. There's just enough snow out there to make it slippery, but not enough that people are shoveling.

Absolutely! Today I'll be doing the same but I just did 20 pushups, 50 squats, and 75 crunches before lunch. If I'm not too tired after today's work I'll march in the living room some.

I hate being sick. Last night was my last antibiotic thank goodness. I hate Cipro almost as much as I hate being sick. A side effect is extreme fatigue and flu-like symptoms.

So great to be back even when only doing baby steps.

If you take off the white hat, and put ear muffs on, that would be me, too. My sunglasses are purple and my coat is blue. Otherwise, that's me, too.

(BEGIN RANT/WHINE)

I hate wearing YakTrax because it's slippery out there and people don't shovel their walks (I appreciate them, but I hate wearing them)

I hate wearing long underwear and taking more time to dress and undress than actually walk

I hate wearing 10 extra pounds of clothing

I hate walking in this crap

I hate that Rick has to bring me into work because then I can't get on the elliptical in the morning and it messes me up for the day

I hate winter and everything it stands for

(END RANT/WHINE) (And yes, I'll take cheese with that WHINE, chocolate, too, if you have it.)

That will be all. Carry on.

3 miles walking over lunch today.
