Teeth Clicking When Eating?

Hi, all! 

A few minutes ago, my friend gave our 8 month old kitten some small pieces of cooked chicken. When Beetle tilted his head to the left to slice the chicken, his teeth on that side clicked together. Is this normal? It sounds strange. We've never owned a cat before, so it's new to us. Hahaha!

Sometimes when my cats eat meat I hear a sort of clicking sound when they eat.
