Well that was interesting.  Maybe it's eaiser on arthritic fingers?  But it still takes some dexterity.  I had a hard enough time trying to teach myself to crochet; 2 knitting needs is way too intimidating for me!!  I do like that large, open weave that it made though.

I've watched that video so many times and I still get lost with the casting on!  LOL

I do like the large weave that it makes too.  But OMG, I'm not a good knitter, but at least I understand how to cast on with needles and do the stitches. Granted I have no clue how to cast off and because of that I only know how to make endless scarves!  LOL

I didn't think about that!  Good point!!

According to the video, to make that cowel takes about an hour. However, that presumes you know what you are doing. I guess if you don't, you could be tied up in knots for a while!  LOL
