I just had a big plate full of 'Moroccan Bake' which was a yummy, spicy mix of cous cous, chopped vegetables, chick peas, and chicken pieces.  Now feeling very full.

That sounds so good MServant.
It was thank you, but as you can predict I didn't make it my self!
It was something from my work I hadn't tried before and decided to give it a go as seemed very popular.  All I needed to do was put the dish in the oven and wait for trhe required length of time.
  Oh yeh, then eat.

I started off good with a large bowl of bran cereal with milk but deteriorated in to a pack of referesher sweets and the remains of a bag of roasted broadbeans...

I had a 100-calorie Slim-A-Bear ice cream bar last night. Sometimes, esp when it's so humid and sticky, I want ice cream. Those SABs hit the spot when I really need a fix. They're not bad.

Instant raisin, date, and walnut oatmeal.
that was my favorite flavor of instant oatmeal packets.

i switched over to making a homemade oatmeal flavoring mixture, and i buy instant oatmeal in the 50 lb bag. i don't eat oatmeal in the summer generally, but during the winter months i have oatmeal every evening shortly before bed time. the warmth of it is comforting, and it warms me up nicely.

The last blueberry danish and some pineapple.
I hope you shared a bit of that with Aimee!

I just had a pile of left over Spicy Moroccan Chicken Bake cold like a salad and added some chopped fresh tomatoes and a little light dressing to sharpen it up a bit.  Very nice.  (Now I want cake

She usually eats a bit of my danish but she didn't ask for any today. She doesn't like pineapple so that's all mine.

I offered her a piece of pineapple yesterday and she tried it and said yucky. I share almost everything with her so it's nice to have something to myself.

Our local Kiwanis club just delivered their fresh blueberries to our office today. Ten pounds for $30 and they are beautiful berries, large and sweet. I love blueberries and will often grab a dishful right from the freezer.

Last night I had a Slim-A-Bear.
