Have you ever tried cream cheese ion top of all that? It's delicious.Coffee and a peanut butter & jelly sandwich for breakfast. Makes sense to me anyway. Cinnamon raisin bread for some carbs, peanut butter for fat and protein, and jelly for fruit / fuel for my morning workout. In about 5 minutes it'll change and be my post-workout water and a banana.
