Bold flavored Chex mix.
Bacon sandwich on sourdough with cheddar and mayo. My mom used to call them my Heart Attack Sandwiches. But they are sooooo tasty.
two strawberry flavored yogurt cups, with banana nut granola sprinkled in them.
A bowl of poridge cooked with some of the ground almond solids left over from my first attempt at making almond milk the other day. Made a very nice addition to the porridge so think I will use the rest of the almond paste this way.

A piece of shoo fly cake last night (that's it; I've had my cake and now I'm done. Rick can finish it off.).

the last of my homemade chili and cornbread, and a slice of zucchini nut bread for dessert.
Barbeque shredded chicken on a wheat bun with asparagus. Snacking on pretzels watching the Voice.
Leftover broccoli and cheese slices.

I had a red grapefruit with a bit of sugar on top. Now I'm drinking a coffee.
1 egg over easy with 1 slice thin cheddar cheese, 1/2 turkey sausage, 1 fresh scallion. 1 ounce half and half in my morning decaf coffee.

Started eating a salad but that was a no go so raisin bran cereal and banana.
I've never had red velvet cake and. I'm not going to make it or should I. What I'm looking for is an easy cake big enough to fill a 7" cake tin.
I love red grapefruit especially if they're sour with crunchy sugar on top. And plain ones if no red ones.
Tater tots. Leftover from my boys.
Some popcorn but then I had some burnt pieces so I threw it out. I'm really hungry right now but can't find anything to eat.
