I'm not sure. I have some sirloin tips thawed and I may clean up the grill and cook outside for the first time this season, or we may go out. :lol3: I also have a guacamole craving. :lol3:

I've been working on our grill, too, this morning. I wanted to have an early dinner today, but don't see that happening. We will be having grilled pork chops rubbed with a southwestern-type seasoning: cumin, chili powder, minced garlic, oregano, paprika, and a touch of cayenne. Then the rubbed chops go into a bag of bbq sauce (I'm going to use some of my apple butter BBQ sauce for this) to marinate for a couple of hours before throwing them on the grill.

And to go with that, I'm trying Pat's recipe for Cauliflower Salad (instead of potato salad). With some green beans.

I made a big pitcher of iced tea, too.

Let me know how it turns out, sure hope you like it!

We are finally making an older piece of brisket from our freezer.  Have a wonderful sugar-free rub recipe from Bobby Flay that we use, and the brisket, after sitting with the rub on for the past 24 hours, has been smoking since early this morning. I am soooooo hungry - the smoke has been smelling so tantalizing.

We are having a new to us recipe for a fresh broccoli salad (made with bacon, tomato, garlic, mozzarella cheese and a Dijon vinaigrette), plus a tossed salad, and for my carb I'm having a small dinner roll sized gluten-free rosemary-olive oil ciabatta roll.

It's a toss-up between spaghetti or potato and corn chowder with some kind of muffins. Or perhaps mac and cheese. One of the three.

I could go for a nice  bowl of potato and corn chowder right about now.

Something with ground beef. I was hoping to make it into hamburgers and BBQ, but since my BBQ is now covered in snow that isn't going to happen. Probably will be spaghetti.

Last night was homemade guacamole and salsa. :lol3: Tonight will be shrimp and asparagus over miracle noodles.

Larry should be walking in the door any minute. He has been in NY for about four days. SO - I have dinner all ready. Slow Cooked Vegetarian Chili - garlic bread, and for dessert I made Key Lime Pie. (from the box, of course :lol3:)

NICE!  I had Zatarain's black beans and rice.  Pretty good for just box stuff.

We had pan fried chicken breast, home made sweet potato chips and asparagus sautéed with butter and sherry.
That sounds really good.

We are having hamburgers tonight. It's warm enough again that I can BBQ. I think I might make pasta salad to go with it.

Out for Thursday night margarita special at our favorite Mexican restaurant. I have a taste for shrimp fajita's. We always split most dinners and that will be plenty for both of us. Plus, they always give you the complimentary chips/salsa. :lovegrin2:
