Not sure where this goes...

...anyways. Kaylee got fixed and, besides her being a little too hyper and having fluid buildup, she was easy. However, Otter (her sister) will not be. She had a fascination with trying to take out Kaylee's sutures, so I know she will try to take out hers. She's a tiny thing (barely hitting the five pound mark, see pic) and I refuse  to use a cone. Any advice?

A tube sock or a baby onesie will work. Also tell the vet about her inclinations and maybe he/she can make the stitches extra sturdy or use staples or something.

Yep I would try a baby onesie on her.  They make soft cones that help too, so they aren't the hard plastic ones.

If she is the type to rip out stitches then maybe the cone is the right idea. I have only had to use one once on a 16 year old cat who had never even had a collar and he didn't enjoy it but I had to do it for him. My guy had a drain tube sticking out of his side so I could not take off the collar at all because it would take no time to do damage but you should be able to. While the cat is under supervision leave the collar off and when you have to go out and the cat will be alone leave her with the collar. I didn't want to do it but I didn't want the cat to hurt himself so I went the safe route and he used a collar. Cats get used to things so quickly and it will only be for a short period so it won't be too bad.
