My cat Gus came to my house a year ago he sleeps on our porch I can't have animals in side. I love him dearly I think someone poisoned him but I don't really know. He is bleeding severely from his rectum stumbling so bad he falls when he walks. He is moving a little more today and is eating now. But I'm still scared. I don't have to the money to take him to the doctor or I already would have. Someone please help me what can I do and what could be wrong.

This is scary!. I would say take him to a shelter or a place where you can take stray animals too. It's like you are "surrendering" the pet over to their care and they'll place them for adoption.  They might charge a little fee for bring him in ( I know where I live they charge a fee) and some places may not. Start looking around asap.

I second the surrender option, especially if your cat is suffering. The blood could be from anything. Why do you believe your cat was poisoned? Have other cats been poisoned in your area? Poor kitty. Outside life poses so many dangers. What a shame you couldn't take him in.

Is there an SPCA around you? I did (try) to find some info for you, but I'm not sure I can post it properly.

Why don't you just call some vets and see who they know who can help? If anyone would know if would be them.

Good luck, keep kitty warm and comfortable as you can. But if he is really that bad off, please don't allow him to suffer, please.

My thoughts and prayers with you both...hope he makes it.

There really is nothing you can do at home.  He needs to get to a vet ASAP or he is most likely going to die.

Please listen to cprcheetah, they work for a vet and know more than I would. Thanks, cpr.
