She has started to bleed again not a lot just spotting and I'm afraid the kitten or kittens will die like the first two but she's acting so normal and the first two didn't look like they were fully developed does anyone know if there's a chance the kittens will make it

It's not really possible to tell.  Do you have the money to spay her in a few weeks, and to provide the mountains of food & litter that kittens need once they start weaning?  They also need worming, and if she has fleas then flea control.

With a little luck these still inside may make it.  This situation is not uncommon!  At first someone premature is stillborn, and several days later, the others are born healthy, being born in their proper time.

Or some variation hereof.

The key to know, is to observe closely.   If the mom is visibly distressed, runs fever, in a long fruitless labor, or any problems not as it shall be - sound the alarm bells, contact your vet asap, be ready to rush her in.

If mom happy and contend, no problems - you can wait and see - keeping continous close watch of course.

If you phone your vet, you will prob get this advice too, as told by our forumites in this situation.

Here, the problem is, she is spotting blood! Some watery red coloured  discharges are normal,  but living blood isnt so good,  if it is more than just a few, very individual drops.

So THIS you must watch with, and take your decision from there.

IF you decide the bleeding is OK,  and she is well otherwise - you can probably wait being rather optimistic for the kittens.

If the bleeding is getting any worse, it cant be helped, she must in to save her live.

Perhaps best you do phone your vet, and discuss the prospects. the vet will usually know what follow up questions to give.

Good luck!   *vibes!*
