My newly adopted kitty, who's pregnant, used to have a pink nose, but now it's suddenly almost completely white. I checked her gums and her paw pads too, they are all more pale. I've looked into getting an iron supplement for cats, but haven't had the chance to get to a feed store yet.

She's quite pregnant- like probably a few days left.

Is it possible she was just cold? For some reason she likes staying in the coldest room of the house.

She really needs to see vet as soon as possible.  I would even take her to an emergency vet.  There are a few possible reasons for this but they are all serious issues.

I agree with Denice.  Get her to a vet ASAP.  When my sister brought her cat in to the vet for what ended up being life-ending issues, the vet said that pale gums and nose usually means that the cat isn't getting enough blood.  With my sister's cat, there was internal bleeding.

Please get your kitty to a vet ASAP, paleness can indicate a very serious problem, which is even more so because she is pregnant.  Get her to a vet NOW.
