ben phlegm and sneezing attacks

I need help...my Benny has a great appetite and love to play with Karmella but he is having coughs, sneezing and phlegm that he wants out...when he sleeps he snore and sounds like his breathing is more like a wheezing. I would love to help him breathe easier and rid of that phlegm....please. ..anyon

Your kitty needs to go to the vet, he probably has an upper respiratory infection or something.
