You need to start bottle feeding the kitten. Get some KMR kitten formula or Goat's milk if you cannot get the formula. Kitten needs to eat every 3-4 hours. You can get kitten bottles at any pet store or Wal-Mart.

If you are not already doing so, you need to weigh the kittens daily to make sure they are gaining weight. And they should gain weight daily. A food scale works well.

Agree,  it sounds like you need to start bottle  feeding .

I would also look inside the kitten's mouth to make sure it looks normal & he doesn't have a cleft palate

As CatPack said, it is a good idea to weigh the kittens daily to make sure they're gaining .   They should be putting on at least 10 grams a day.

Here is a link about taking care of kittens.  It's about orphaned & abandoned kittens,  but the parts about feeding may be helpful for this situation too. http://www.kitten-rescue.com/bottle_feeding_kitten.html

Here is another link with more recipes for homemade kitten formula..  http://www.hdw-inc.com/glop.htm      You can use goat's milk in any of these recipes,  or the canned "evaporated milk ".   You can also give some to the mother cat if she likes it.     & you should be feeding her a good canned kitten food or cat food for all life stages.

When you feed,  make sure you  do not hold the kitten on his back with tummy up.   Kittens should be fed in the same position they would nurse from their mother.  either lying on their tummy , or with their front feet / chest slightly raised .

I would also check the mother cat's teats.  if  she has a teat that is, swollen and painful, or with a discharge that smells bad,  or is yellow , greenish ,  curdled looking or bloody,   she probably has an infection in that teat and the  kittens should not nurse from an infected teat;    the mom would need to see a vet.

If a kitten is weak and won't nurse because of low blood sugar,  it can help to dissolve some dextrose  / glucose powder  - or use something like corn syrup  -- and rub it on the gums.  see if that gives the kitten enough energy to try to nurse .

Make sure the hole in the nipple of the bottle is big enough that the formula will come out without difficulty..  but not so big that it just streams out.

Also make sure the kitten is warm before you try to feed it!   very important!

If the kitten does not get nourishment it obviously won't survive.  So if you do these things and the kitten still will not take anything,   if you want the kitten to have a chance,  you will need to get to a vet ASAP and have them show you how to tube feed the kitten.   That can save its life.   you run a narrow tube right down into the stomach.  and give a measured amount of formula.    It's best if someone experienced like a vet,  experienced breeder or rescuer shows you how to do this the first time.

Good luck... I hope you might be able to get the kitty perked up.

Sorry to hear this.  It's always sad to lose a kitten.  Hope you are aware that mum needs spaying PDQ - she could come back into call any time now, and if she goes out another pregnancy is inevitable.

Thank you I wasn't aware of that but I will remember that next time as the mother cat got out this afternoon and got run over and died so I'm now trying my best to hand feed the only kitten left :(

Really take a good look at those website other posters have shared about raising kittens. You need to really focus on keeping this kitten alive. As soon as the kitten is 2lbs or over, spay/neuter it! Also keep the kitty indoors all the time.

Sorry for your loss! Hoping your last kitten survives!
