hi i recently got a kitten, i had her for a few weeks now and she is the cutest thing in the world! I came home one day and noticed patches of fur was missing on her paw and eye. From what i gather it might be riringworms, any suggestions on how i can treat it? She's not itching or anything

You need to get a diagnosis from a vet, and they can presribe the correct treatment.

You need to take your cat to the vet where they will test for ringworm if that is what it is your cat will be put on oral and possibly topical anti fungals.

While you wait avoid touching the sores and wash your hands frequently.  If you got the kitten from a breeder, or a rescue group, adoption center it would be reasonable for oyu to alert them to this, they might cover the treatment costs, and they might even be willing to house the kitten while she goes through the treatment, greatly lessening the chance of you or another animal in your home picking it up.

Many strains of ringworm don't react to a woods lamp test, and the alternative is to culture it which takes like a week+ to get results.  If it looks like RW to your vet she is likely going to start you on some type of treatment in advance of a culture result.
