cat growing an extra pad????

I have a cat, moxie, she is one year old.  From the time she was about 4 months old I noticed that she had what looked like a pad growing out the side of one of her toe pads, but it did not seem to be bothering her.  I brought her to the vet at that time  and the vet suggested she may have some sort of swelling from jumping from my high window to the floor.  The vet gave anti biotics which did nothing, the growth looked the same, but i just left it as it never seemed to bother her.  Today i noticed it looked a lot bigger, and when i touched it she showed signs of discomfort, however she does not seemed to be bothered by it when she is walking and playing.  I am worried does any one know what it could be?? see the photos 

Hi ashleye.... My cat also have a pad growing out in the toe pad.. It has been 4 years and my cat is still healthy so i think that its nothing to worry about....

In that it's grown, I'd have it looked at by the vet.

Could be some sort of infection, I would have it looked at by the vet especially since it seems to be bothering her.
