"Nodules" lumps on kittens legs

Hi all.

I noticed the day after we got our kitten Pepper that she has 2 "nodules" on both her front legs in the same place and her legs are ever so slightly bent. They seem hard - like bone, I have poked them and they seem to cause no discomfort. We are due to see the vet in a few weeks and will bring this up then but wonder if anyone knows anything about it? Pepper was born with a deformity where her anus and vagina are conjoined and she poops and pee's from the same hole.

Here is a pic of Peppers legs and you can see where the lump juts out a little on the one leg but she does have them on both legs.

Honestly, I don't see anything unusual.  I think what you describing is normal, especially since it is on both legs, in the same place. 

Is the other issues (the back end) causing any problems?
