Hi, my name's Will. Let me introduce myself and my 12 week old kitten, Cloud (aka Captain Angrypants).
I grew up around cats. We always had at least three cats. Mostly Siamese, and there were some really good memories with them. My mother even dabbled at breeding and showing them at some point. I never got too involved in that. I had a cat named Tiger we got from.. I don't even remember. Someone gave him to us, and we got rid of him at one point but my mother says I pitched such a fit they went and got him back. Tiger was my buddy, man, that cat and I were inseparable. He was weird, but I loved the guy. Well, fast forward to now. I've been cat-less since Tiger, and that was fifteen years ago. I found a very very small kitten in a tree outside the house I'm renting.. just crying and crying. Who could say no to that? Not me. I'd been wanting a cat, I just kept talking myself out of getting one. I guess some things are just meant to be..
I named him Cloud, but he goes by Captain Angrypants too (a nickname I gave him after his first vet visit, where i found out he was 10 weeks old, and I thought he was 4. When I found him he refused solid food or anything not from an eye dropper.) He's missing one claw on each front foot, a birth defect. This little guy has made me laugh, smile, and care for him since day one. Sure he wakes me up at 330 AM sometimes wanting to play.. but watching him stalk his scratching post, or look at me while he chews on a sock, or come running to greet me with a loud purr when I come home.. or the numerous times he just jumps in my lap and just goes to sleep... been incredibly worth it. He likes chasing anything you throw on the floor, bottle caps, cardboard boxes (my spider-man blu-ray box has made three or four circuits around the living room), but he's scared of the weazel ball I got him! He also hates the sound of plastic bags. His favorite food is phone chargers.
