I just have two things arriving in the mail for my dad today, otherwise, I am all wrapped and done!

I am not doing cards this year. I am just going to send to my parents, granny and sister. I'll make it instead of buying cards.

I have my little tree and my stuffed gingerbread man out. I decided not to decorate much this year since no one visits me and it's kind of pointless to go all out if no one sees it but me.

Hope your headache goes away! I had major migraines all weekend myself.

Everything is pretty much done - just have one last item  (gift for my mom) that will arrive shortly in the mail.

Hubby put the wreaths on the windows and outside doors last week. He puts spotlights on them and it shows up nicely at night. I have put candles in the windows and the Christmas tree is up in the living room. I have some Christmas spreads on the furniture in the living room and some Christmas pillows on the sofa. I hung some Christmas towels in the hall bath. I bought a red poinsetta for the living room. On my dining room table is a red one surrounded in the post by white mums. I have an amarylis in the kitchen window. They are safe because my cat doesn't live in the house. We don't buy many presents, but I have wrapped the ones I have purchased and they are under the tree. We mostly give gift cards. I write cards and pass them out at church, don't mail any.
I usually decorate the mantel and put a few other things out on the tables in the living room, but I think I am going to forgo that this years. Everything has to be taken down and put up.

Presents are bought but not wrapped.  I ordered Christmas bags which come in all sizes and will fit anything with a weird shape so I won't have to wrap much at all.

Cards are written and will mail them out today.  I don't do much decorating tho.

Have garland and lights out on the balcony railing and a wreath on the door. With the kittens that will be the extent of my decorating this year. Have not done any Christmas shopping yet. Probably will only be buying for my nephew this year. My parents are spending the winter in Florida, so anything for them would have to be shipped down and than they would have to deal with bringing it back in the spring. Along with that they are living out of their RV for the winter so space is limited. I am thinking I might do some bake goods. For my brother I haven't decided yet what I am going to do.

The Christmas shopping is done, but nothing's wrapped. It'll be another two weeks before the tree and most decorations go up, because it's a pretty sure thing that Mogli will destroy everything. I haven't gotten anything baked yet, either.

I wrapped all the gifts yesterday, mailed 32 christmas cards today ( I didn't know we even knew that many people) and still have 1 big gift to buy (my 6 year old grandson, so FUN!) and 2 small ones for the secretaries here who are a BIG help. We cut back this year since I got my hours cut, and still ended up spending about 1500.00, that seems like a lot! I've got a small tree up and a lot of winter flowers and decorations around, not so much outside. We've got an old wagon out back that I piled plastic wrapped 'gifts' in with big red bows and a santa up on the bench in the front. I'd love to find some large reindeer to look like they're pulling it! I hope when I retire in a couple of years I'll find more time (and energy) to do more outside! I was just reminiscing about 5 years ago when we had a kitten in the house and how much fun he had with the tree and the decorations! Now he just lays there and yawns!

Migraines here, too. My fourth day.

And I'm not even close to finishing up yet. We have a ton of stuff coming in through the mail and via UPS in the next couple weeks or so. I have to order the crown roast of pork for Christmas dinner tomorrow. Tomorrow is the deadline with our butcher.

Rick is the wrapper, so I don't have to worry about that. He does a beautiful job. Still have cards to do, cookies and candy to make.

And, oh crap, I have to order the white coconut cake, too. I just remembered that!

I'm ready to crawl in bed. Wake me on January 2nd, please.

Sorry about those migraines Pam, hope it goes away soon.  I suffered with horrible headaches most of my life including migraines so I know how painful they can be.  I don't get many headaches anymore unless a med I'm taking causes them and some of them do.

Don't really celebrate Christmas myself (other than go visit places, or houses if I am invited), but this year I am buying a plastic Christmas tree to put in the living room.

The decorations are  up.  The cards are sitting here in front of me; waiting for attention.  I still have things to buy and everything to wrap.

I hope you guys feel better. (I had cramps last night & today instead, no fun either!)

I knew I had a busy week coming up last week, so I put up my tree & did all the decorating last Sunday.

Here are some pictures!

It's my first christmas moved out of my parents house so I put up a 4.5 foot tree with cute decorations, my kitties got monogrammed stockings and they are on display! Presents are wrapped and under the tree, however the monsters keep biting on the strings and personalizing everyones presents with love bites....
