Cleaning Products after giardia outbreak

So one of my kitties contracted giardia (how I'm not sure as all of them are indoor only) and upon reading up on it, I will need to clean/disinfect pretty much everything. This is going to be a fun weekend....NOT!

Any suggestions for cleaners for microfiber furniture? How about wool rugs (that can't be cleaned by a standard carpet cleaner)? Or their cat furniture? I was hoping for something like a spray, but something safe for them (that rules out Lysol!)

Any suggestions/advice would be most helpful, Thanks!!

I haven't tried this one, but it's pet-safe and kills bacteria, viruses and fungi, so hopefully it can deal with Giardia as well -
