If you make folders for storage in your PM box, do those PM's you put in there count toward the limit you can have? And if so, is there a way we could have a higher storage limit or make it so we can have a place to store informational PM's?

What I do with pm's that I need to save is copy and paste the information onto a blank email, click close, and when it asks if I want to keep the info I say yes and it stores it in my Draft file of my emails. I put on the subject line what the PM is about- so I can find it quickly then I delete the original PM.

I really don't know the answer to the original question - I guess you could try and let us all know

I don't know the answer either. I do think that any saved PM's do count towards the 70 you are allowed. If its something important, just click 'save as' on your file menu and it will save the data for you.

Saved PMs count toward the 70 you are allowed, if you save them in a folder you created in the PM window.
