Time to meet my Kitty......

This is Shadow( Male),he was named by my sister as a kitten.Hes almost 4 years old and raised as an outside kitty.His mama was a feral cat that kept abandoning her litters every time she had them.Shadow was one of the lucky ones that wandered on to my side of the building,so of course we took him "in" as our own ( we made sure his mother wasn't coming back for him ). When we 1st took him "in",he was very skinny and afraid of humans (no pets allowed pet policy on our place so he had to stay outside) .

Shadow is very smart kitty he avoids strangers at all cost and,even looks when crossing the parking lot.Hes always on alert for any kind of danger and,knows his feeding times.Now as smart as he is,he is the biggest chicken there ever was.He runs from other cats (feral colony right near the other tiny bit of forest,thats near the dumpster).We tried when he was little to socialize him with them multiple times,but he was too scared of them (so last resort we took care of him).Some cats come around when I'm sitting with my Shadow and petting him.When this happens my little boy here throws a fit,hissing and growling at the other cat (other cat just looks at him like "whats your problem").Then if that other cat challenges my Shadow,he goes and accepts it.So when that cat goes to attack my boy,Shadow just runs behind me (and I'm like "really?" at him).So that other cat stops and gives my boy the eye cat eye and leaves.(some of the ferals will come up to humans,but most keep you at an arms length away).

you should see his eyes at night,they get real big like in puss in boots from shrek lol.Makes you never want to leave him.

This is my Shadow when he was a year half old,had to tap the ground to get him to look at me.He hates his picture being taken and,always looks away so I have to sneak up on him hehehe...

What a handsome boy.

Ohmygosh, that face! He looks just like the cat in Kiki's Delivery Service:

--paperwaffle-- yeah my Shadow was young in that photo,he now lost his baby face.He looks so serious all the time now lol. My boy even puffs out his chess when hes sitting down and looking over his area,he thinks he king and all that.I caught him a few times jumping on people's cars.He jumps to get my attention when I'm busy,he knows he can't be up there.I know cats usually use a perch,but he uses this raise concrete area as a look out.My boy just goes on cars to get your attention if you ingore him,I've seen him climb trees too to get a better look.
