Hi and welcome to the forums.  Thank you so much for caring about your kitty.

First, you have definitely done the right thing by taking her to the vet and taking her back again when she wasn't eating.  Something I'd recommend over the next few days is 'force feeding' her yourself.  This will make her stronger and healthier, and hopefully help yo avoid vet bills piling up.  Did they say anything else about what might be wrong with her when you told them she still wasn't eating?

Either way, all you need is a syringe and some wet food that is watered down.  The vet should be able to give the syringe to you or else I think you ca find them in the baby supplies section of most drug stores (if you are in the USA think CVS, Walgreens, even Target or Walmart- they are fairly common).  There are videos on yotube about how to do this but the main thing is not to aim down kitty's throat but instead toward the roof of her mouth.

Once she gets some food in her she may start seming stronger and have more interest in food again.  Is she drinking water?

You might want to ask the vet to show you how to 'force' feed your cat at home.  Usually getting a canned food from the vet called a/d or maximum calorie as they are really high in calories.  You blend them up with water and then syringe feed your cat.  Did the vet run bloodwork to see what was wrong with your cat?

Does she also have bad diarrhea?  That is usually a hallmark symptom of panleukopenia.

I am assuming this is a cat rather than a small kitten.  If it is panleukopenia it is possible for an older kitten or cat to survive it but it requires intensive medical support.  She really needs to be hospitalized on an IV.  We had a 7 month old kitten here recently that did survive but he was hospitalized the first few days on an IV.  This is a really nasty virus that is in the same family as the parvo virus that puppies get.  There isn't anything that will cure it's a matter of keeping her hydrated enough to survive while it runs it's course.  Antibiotics help with stopping secondary infections but they can't do anything for the virus.
