Tug is 12 and he has lost weight lately, maybe a few pounds. He has had a runny nose and eye and I feel so bad . My Dad is very ill with dementia and I am there 7 days a week helping my mom, and there is no time left for my life. I decided to stop and take the time to take him in if he doesn't
.If you have any bright ideas on low cost vets nationwide or sw Fl. please share.

I would definitely get him to the vet. Have you looked into CareCredit? It's like a credit card for vet medical care.

Definitely sounds like a vet visit is in order.  I would call some of the rescues/humane societies as sometimes they have programs to help.  Some vets have programs to help with people who can't afford regular care, so maybe call some vets in the area as well.
