Happy Sunday
. Do you cook for Thanksgiving? What is your favorite holiday dish? I usually cook, but this year we are going out to a restaurant. My favorite Thanksgiving dish is stuffing with gravy.

Our Thanksgiving was last month, and l cooked a full Turkey dinner.

l used the remains of the turkey to make soup to freeze, but it never got frozen! l'm not sure what l did (l'm not much of a cook) but for some reason the turkey soup turned out to be spectacular. Even my son said he enjoyed the soup waaaay more than the dinner. Brat!

I usually cook a turkey, but this year I'm cooking a ham for the very first time. I'm actually pretty excited about it! I'm a broke and busy nursing student so it doesn't take much to excite me anymore. :lol3:

ETA: My favorite dish(s) is a tie between my squash casserole and Emeril's recipe for wild rice stuffing.

I usually cook for Thanksgiving, but that Saturday or Sunday because of our work schedules. My favorite dish has got to be the stuffing. This year it's going to have to be crockpot stuffing, since I'm making goose legs, not turkey.

I'm cooking this year for the first time in ages.  My favorite thing is probably the stuffing also.  With some homemade gravy poured over it - not too much, just enough to give a taste.

Normally I do but our oven broke a few months back.  Stovetop is ok though:)  I prefer chicken and favorite dish is chicken with lots of gravy.  Got a toaster oven that can handle smaller chickens so will do a smaller one and pan of stuffing that I let soak into chicken stock and then cook in oven. Veggies and cranberry sauce.

We aren't going to my daughters this year just staying home. My husband just wants his pumpkin pie ,mashed potatoes, and that big turkey. I'm not fixing a big dinner since it's just him and I . I wish I could be with my Chicago family but I will see them in June for my grandson graduation. Can't wait !

Ditto on the Thanksgiving was last month part. Favourite dish is the turkey and gravy, mashed potatoes with butter/salt, then pumpkin pie with whipped cream.

I also like all the pumpkin spice flavours that come out, like the lattes!

I always cook Thanksgiving dinner. I enjoy the cooking and I enjoy having family and friends at the house.

Love the turkey....it's my favorite part of the dinner. Rick always carves the turkey and, as he's carving, I'm snatching pieces of meat.

(The cats love the turkey, too!)
