Blender recommendation?

I have a raw fed little girl with mild CKD and megaesophagus. Because of the ME she needs to have a completely liquid diet. This morning we blew our latest blender (a cheap local brand - Sinbo), and now we have decided that as we have another 15-20 years of this to come, we might as well invest and buy a decent blender/liquidizer instead of burning through a cheaper one each month. Any recommendations? I can get most brands like Moulinex, Tefal etc out here, but I have no idea what one to buy, or even what to look for in a good blender.

I bought the baby bullet blender for my old crf kitty so I could make her canned food easier to syringe. Now I use it to make eggshell powder for boneless raw, so I imagine it would work for your needs?
