some reddish discharge is quite common. also milk coming in late is not unusual, coming in shortly after the delivery..  (not coming at all with fully developed kittens delivered in time is NOT common - but the wise double guards having some kmr / goat milk, and having dextrose (=glucose sugar) home ).

The difference in the breathing from other delivering queens can only you answer for,

for me sounds it as a quite normal beginning of the labour, or possibly, some precontractions.

Do have tel number to your vet handy, but if there are no other complictions around, my guess is it is proceeing normally.

If she's reached 60+ days then it's not a miscarriage - that's early delivery.  If you are concerned a visit to the vets would be best.  If a kitten has died before delivery it can easily get stuck as kittens play an active part in being born,  Once she starts active labour (pushing) if she doesn't deliver a kitten in 30 minutes ring your vet.

BTW cats can easily get pregnant while feeding their kittens, so keep her in until she is spayed.  Personally I would have had her spayed before she was 6 months old.  The idea that a cat 'needs to have a litter' is an myth.
