Momma cat and 11 week old kitten for adoption

I have a maybe 2 year old female cat and her 11 week old female kitten available for adoption.  We took mom in in July from a friend who had rescued her a few days before moving out of state.  A few weeks in to having her, she began gaining weight and we realized she was pregnant.  We are keeping one of the kittens, and have found homes for the other 2.  We have 2 dogs, and the mom, Georgia, hasn't adjusted well to living with them.  I think most of that was being pregnant and having the kittens to care for.  We also just had her spayed, so that should help.

The mom and kitten are almost twins.  They are like pastel Calicos.  Beatiful and sweet.  I am so afraid to take them to the shelter, because I care for them very much.....but we are not going to be able to care for them much longer.  I hope to find them a safe home to go to.  I went through Craigslist initially, but met very strange people.

Why not go to petfinder and try to find no-kill rescues in your area?  Most of them probably have waiting lists, but if you can keep them for a while until there is a space for them, that might be a good solution.
