Hey everyone New here.
I just adopted a calico from a home where she had access to a male unneutered (shes unspade) Black. Both are American shorthairs, not knowing either of theIr pedigrees What do you guys think will be the colors of the litter? Btw she will be spayed after this litter is born and weaned. Let me know what ya'll think!

Personally unless I could clearly see she was pregnant I would get her spayed ASAP.  One reason is that who knows how related to her the male is?  But the main one is that there are already more than enough kittens in the world.

Also without papers they are cats that look like American Shorthairs.  The papers are the proof.

As to colours, lots of different colours are possible, but you will likely get black / black & white, ginger / ginger & white boys, tortie / tortie & white (calico) girls.

I take it you won't be letting her out.  If there is no sign of pregnancy in 6 weeks get her spayed.  If she comes into call before that make an appointment to get her spayed a week later.

Domestic shorthairs :). American Shorthairs are purebreds, domestic shorthair/longhair just means that they aren't any particular breed.

Calicos can really have any color kittens. She can pass on red or black so that pretty much covers everything. I don't think she'll have tabbies if the daddy is solid, but you never know what they're carrying.
