My kittens eat mostly raw foods, but I also feed canned and occasionally high quality dry food (just so they are not so finicky on times when raw is momentarily out of reach).  So I'm always on the lookout for interesting new foods.  I saw this brand at Target in the fridge.   Ingredients list seem fine, but wasn't sure on the veggie part of it:  Chicken, Chicken Liver, Ocean Whitefish, Natural Flavors, Eggs,Carrots, Spinach, Pea Protein, Pea Fiber, Vinegar, Salt, Taurine.

Can anyone say anything about this brand?

It was a small bag, and costs around $8, so it's pretty pricey, but I don't mind getting it to add to their meal mix once in a while.

The guaranteed analysis comes up 20% carbs, high.

I do not like the ocean whitefish as 3rd ingredient. Spinach is controversial, and many do not like peas.

I remember evaluating Freshpet a while ago and the calorie count was very low, so you'd have to feed considerably more.

Thanks....I saw the whitefish, too, and didn't think it was a great thing to have listed so high up.

I'm not a fan of this food. Too many unnecessary ingredients.

Have you looked at any of the freeze-dried raw food options like Stella & Chewy's? It is almost as convenient (can be served dry or with water added depending on whether you are using it as a snack, topper or full meal) as dry or canned.

Oh yes, I've found lots of a variety of foods out there.  But always in the lookout for more.  Our 3 kittens are not picky at all. We were aiming to feed all raw, but it's proven to be inconvenient and not cost effective considering there are 3 mouths to feed.  50-60% of their diet is still raw.  But we mix in the canned and dry foods.  Better than what our last cat had -- all dry, all the time.
