Hi,
my kitten and me are new here, and we'd like to introduce ourselves! We come from Croatia, Europe and we're seeking for advices how to make our life together as happy as it gets
Ninja was found under my window, he was begging for help for 2 days. But, he was so black that we couldn't find him in the dark. Finally we've remembered that we could play him a video of a cat so that he recognizes the sound. And he did, he was so loud!!!
He is our little baby since: we've taken him in and he was so small, skinny and scared... He needed 2 days to get used to everything (he was even nice when we went to see a vet), and since then he is a family member.
Now he's around 5-6 months old, male. Completely black with pale orange eyes. Small compared to other cats as old as he is, but quite muscular. He's just like little panther. He's quick and likes to run and jump around a lot (that is why his name is Ninja). He's always nosy and playful: needs to see everything and know everything. He is very attached to us and doesn't like to be left alone, not even if we only leave a room that he's in. He sometimes (often) likes playing rough but we're trying to learn him to play nicely. Although he always finds new ways of doing something he doesn't suppose to do. His very neat and clean. He likes water as well, he sometimes likes to shower even (not that we're making him to do so - if water is running - he does it himself) He likes moving objects and he always moves towards them, so if the room is dark, we must always be careful not to step on him <3
Anyway, he's extraordinary cat for my area. Usually cats here are different color (there's not much black ones at all), bigger and much calmer than he is. So while I was Google-ing for some advices (how to learn him not to scratch and bite us) and trying to find his origin (although we know that he isn't a pure breed but we were curious what he resembles the most) I ran on this site and liked it
