hey there, had posted about the one cats 3rd eyelid showing,  vet thought it could be haws syndrome... I read about it and it sounds like that may be it.. the cat is totally fine, except for the 3rd eyelid.  haws could last for weeks then just go away.. fluffys had it for about a month now,  but it does seem to be clearing up... most of the time you look at her now, her eyes are fine.. occasionally you see the 3rd eyelid...   now just noticed another one of the outside girls has the same eye issue..   im guessing she has the same issue... they are eating fine, drinking and playing..

Welcome! Are the cats on antibiotics? Is the eyelid protruding? because the syndrome may cause prolapse of the third eyelid. This can also be caused from tapeworm infestation or a virus infection. Have the cats been dewormed for tapeworm? This is separate from regular dewormers - a different one time only dosage. It could also be the Herpes virus if there is no protrusions - either way they may need medication and supportive care. It is possible that it will be self-limiting and no need for care but I would double and triple check with the vet first! Best of luck. :vibes: :vibes::vibes::vibes::vibes::vibes::vibes:
