It is most likely an urinary tract issue of some kind. She needs a vet visit and an urinalysis.

Definitely a vet visit is in order. So many things could cause that behavior, especially urinary tract problems, as vball91 mentioned, and none of them are comfortable for Nahla. I hope she gets well soon.

Females with cystitis attempt to pee everywhere over and over because it burns.  I had two females (at separate times) who got cystitis who dashed around peeing everywhere, even on walls - only a drop or two would come out and it was pink.  Antibiotics fixed them up.

Are her attempts productive?

Hi.   Do you have Nahla and another senior cat?  How is Nahla getting on?    I hope she is alright and you have managed to see a vet with her as sounds like the last couple of weeks have been pretty full on for you.  One of my tabby girls would get cystitis a lot and this is what she would be like, but responded very quickly to antibiotics even though she had chronic bladder inflammation.  Thinking of you anyway and vibes for Nahla getting better.

Can't even imagine: sending bucket loads of good wishes to you and your 2 older kitties, couldn't believe it when I linked your three together.  Hope Nahla's visit tomorrow brings some better news and she feels better soon and Squiggly isn't too grumpy with her.  Fingers and paws crossed in the Mouse house coz you need a break so your heart can do some healing.
