I took in a stray pregnant cat and she we found 3 kittens in the house then she was crying to go out and brought in a 4th kitten and it appears to have an organ sticking out at the top of its tail. Never saw this and don't know what to do. It's nursing and moving around and momma is cleaning it but is there anything I can do?

The kitten might have to be euthanized unfortunately. Is it using it's hind legs at all? Can you upload photos?

Thankyou levi68 i cannot get close enough to see how back legs are working till momma kitty leaves. however it is not an organ but looks like a tumor. i have nursed a kitten before that had no use of back legs but eventually grew stronger and is great now other than a little bow legged. Hopefully this little kitten will make it.
