Hi, I know this is a very old post. I am curious to know if your cats had any herpes flares up during allergy seasons with Lysine + Lacto and Lacto alone?

If your cat truly has allergies in addition to herpes, then you might need to add a supplement/drug specifically for allergies. as they can trigger a flare up. The immune support products might help reduce flare ups but maybe not enough to override the allergies triggering one. I'd talk to your vet about this aspect.

I don't know much about Lacto, but I do know most people seem to think l-lysine is pretty 'wimpy'. There are some on this site that use DMG instead.
