I have a 2 yrs old mix  Persian ; she dosen't like  dry food at all ;since 2 months I started giving her boiled fish fillette sh e loves it

she could eat all day its like addiction.

The problem is that I noticed sever hair shedding all over the place even and flying in the air

I wanted to give her away for adoption because of this problem but did not have the heart fr this

Any advise as to what to do .

I would feed her only wet canned food. Boiled fish filet doesn't have all the nutrients a cat needs.

Shedding is normal for a long haired cat. You need to brush her daily to help her shed the hair and so that it does not cover your house.

Is the shedding to the point of bald spots? If yes lack of nutrients feed her only canned cat food
And buy a furminator that will help with the shedding

Feeding a cat a diet high in fish concentrates toxins like mercury. You need to take the cat to a vet and have some blood tests done. Please don't give a sick cat to someone else.

Try brushing her every day. I wouldn't give up on her yet! Canned food will definitely help with her coat. Try brands like Wellness, Nature's Variety, EVO, etc. or even any brand of canned wet food to start. She needs the nutrients from commercial canned foods because she doesn't get all of the nutrients she needs from just feeding her fish filet.
