9 month old kitten not eating

hello everyone

I have a beautiful 9 month old male, pure white, blue eyes. Hes usually a very healthy active playful little man (indoor cat by the way) with a good apetite to match.

But for the past 2/3 or so days he is hardly eating (still drinking) and has had loose stools today (however was wormed yesterday)

. He is still playful and doesnt seem unwell but im abit worried about his diet. He is still on kitten food (whiskas wet and royal canin dry) we thought maybe he wanted adult food so we mixed a small amount of adult whiskas wet with his kitten and he was slightly interested and ate abit more for a day or so but then started turning his nose up. Any help nd advice would be appreciated

I've read somewhere that dewormer can make a cat nauseated which leads them to not eating so much. Make sure he's eating at least something because if he stops eating for 24 hours, he can get fatty liver disease which is fatal.

Good job keeping an eye on him and noticing the changes in him.  Since he's still playing and drinking, I'd say keep an eye on him.  You might want to try plain boiled chicken (no seasonings or salt in the water), shred it, then add some of the broth to make it the consistency of oatmeal.

So glad his appetite is back.  And I've just got to say, he is QUITE to handsome boy . When you said "stunner", you weren't kidding
