I can not sleep. In the morning one of the best friends I have ever had will be put to sleep. This is her story:
In 1998 I was a teenager in highschool. My parents and I had recently moved to a different state. I had been telling them that, I would like to have a kitten. On a warm summer day they went for their daily walk around our neighborhood. When they returned they surprised me with a gorgeous ball of fur. She had the most beautiful blue eyes and looked like a pure bred seal point himalayan. My parents had spotted a litter of kittens in a neighbors yard. My mom went to pet them and our neighbor said to pick one out, they are just strays. We named her Mrs. Fuzzy Putty Cat. Fuzzy was very loving and always calm. She was never a big playful cat but she loved to snuggle and lay on the bed. When I went through some difficult times due to a relationship she always snuggled me and kept me company. She was my ole girlfriend. 5 years ago I met my wonderful wife and we bought out own house. Due to Fuzzys age we thought it would be in her best interest to stay at my parents. They love her too. I go by there several times a week and visit her. She has stomach cancer and a large tumor. Fuzzy has stopped eating and is losing weight. We can tell she is getting uncomfortable. In the morning will be the last time I see her. I love her and will miss her.
