Okay, so this is a little late,  (I haven't been on my computer at all for the last week!).

but, did anyone carve a pumpkin this year? I haven't done it in probably 10 years! I never get trick or treater's, where I am,

but thought it would still be fun to do, to decorate my porch.
("Like my fake flowers?"  I love having flowers out there, but didn't have much time for maintenance, so that's what I did. It stays looking good, & I

don't have to do a thing!

We usually do but this year by the time we went looking for pumpkins they had icky ones left.  And, were SO expensive.  So much for this year.  I'll have to remember to go earlier in 2014 :p

No kids come to our apartments for T&T so I  did buy one for 1.99 and didn't carve it.  Because of rain storms here last  friday we had our T&T here last night .We stayed home cause the grandkids didn't go out here.

I don't think I've ever carved a pumpkin since moving out on my own.  I remember my Mom used to do them, and when I lived with my brother and his family when I was a teenager, they used to too.  But I can't recall having carved one on my own.

I decorate outside for halloween/fall every year and I always get two pumpkins that I put next to my front door.  But I don't carve them because they will usually make good decorations until Thanksgiving.

Yea, I had to finally through mine away the other day. It was growing fur inside & it was getting what looked like black mold!

Oh, my goodness.  That's so pretty!  We didn't carve pumpkins, but we went right before Halloween and bought some for the deer.  Deer like pumpkin seeds.  My husband had a grand time smashing pumpkins.
